  • Helped establishing Just’s internal brand new digital transformation and innovation division (‘Digital Garage’).

  • Helped defining and communicating core process for discovery and delivery of design solutions using, helping introducing Agile metodologies within the group.

  • Extended company brand to allow for responsive webapps with full range of reusable components, including cards, forms, dialogs, tutorials and navigation elements.

  • Worked closely with several internal stakeholders using lean metodologies to develop new digital experiences both for B2C and B2B, leveraging workshops and customer interviews to build detailed ux maps.

  • Conceptualised and designed the dashboard core components of the future company online experience.

  • Starting from nothing, the app reached 900+ dowloands a day, 50K active users with a substantial 40% retention ratio in just 6 months, with virtually no marketing. Our users base grew to love the application (performance numbers as of the end of my contract)

  • Starting from the initial concept provided by CEO, I conceptualised, refined and finally progressively delivered to the Dev team, a complete spec for MVP working in Agile.
